My Story

I'm running the Great North Run this year for Grace House North East - a charity that are dedicated to enriching the lives of disabled children, young people and their families from the North East.

This is a very personal journey for me. Matthew Ragsdale would have been 30 this year. The lives he touched, the smiles he gave were an inspiration to me and all those he met. He never got to see or benefit from Grace House. They do amazing work. So, in memory of Matt and for all the great work Grace House does - this run is for them. Plus my daughter set the bar last year and I have to match it :)
